The Wrong Lunch Bag

Ben took a blue lunch bag to work on Monday. At noon, he opened it and found a cheese sandwich and an apple. That was strange. He had made rice and chicken that morning.

Across the room, his coworker Eva was looking at a box of rice. They both had the same kind of blue bag. Ben checked the small pocket and found a note with Eva's name on it. They laughed and exchanged the bags.

The next day, Ben tied a yellow ribbon to his bag. Eva put a green sticker on hers. Their lunches were still in blue bags, but now it was easy to tell them apart. A small mark saved them another surprise.
